East Midlands Internet's origins started in the early nineties
in South East Asia. The Internet was in its infancy Yahoo was still in a garage
and Google didn't exist.
Our key personnel have been responsible for designing hundreds
of web sites for some of the largest companies in the world from the Hotel
and Tourism Industry to Heavy Industry and World Traders. We eventually expanded
and took in more countries with the focus moving to Europe and the USA. Our
product line also gradually expanded encompassing areas such as web site hosting
and domain name registration.
After several years of concentrating on new designs and
providing support to our customer base we moved into more proactive marketing
techniques. |
As the competition grew on the Internet it became obvious
it was no longer possible to simply design a good web site, submit it to a
search engine and watch the business roll in!
Search Engine Promotion became the fundamental product our
company offered, working not only for our own customers but also taking on
web sites from other designers and turning them into successful business tools.
At the same time we increased our numbers and expanded into
software creation, we have always felt that there is a genuine need for legitimate
business email marketing and have used it on a number of occasions ourselves
with great success. It was noticeable to us that the software available for
businesses to gather target audiences and send well designed emails to them
was both very expensive and hard to use.
Over two years we developed our Bespoke Email Marketing
Software, these software packages enable a novice to quickly learn the in's

the email databases with the Email Harvester, to organising the databases
and cleaning them using the List Manager to finally importing either
web pages or pre-designed html emails or even simple text based emails and
merging them with the selected email database.
